The latest to make a splash is Ta Pantry’s all-new “Bon Voyage” Boat Catering menu, which brings the private kitchen’s fine cuisine out to sea. The menu highlights Chef Esther Sham’s gastronomic skills in marrying elements of Asian and French culinary technique with dishes such as:
- Scottish salmon with acacia honey, cockles, shiitake mushrooms, okra and genmaicha stock
- Watermelon Gazpacho with matsuba crabmeat, cucumber, arugula sprouts
